FAQ

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?

Ready to ship items should ship within a week.

Handmade items that need to be made will have a 1-2 week lead time.

Pre-order items will have a longer lead time since I have to wait for pre orders to close before I submit the order to the print shop.

  • The item I want is sold out or not available. What now?

    Depends on what it is!

For handmade items, some of them are one of a kind which won’t be available again in the exact sense, but most of the time another similar item can be made.

For pre-order items, those order must be placed within the posted pre-order dates. This enables me to get the bulk order to the print shop in time to fulfill the first orders.

If you’re interested in any items that aren’t available for purchase, send me an email or Instagram DM about it and I’ll let you know what the options are!

  • Do you take custom orders?

Yes and no. Right now I am limited on the amount of time that I have to make things, but if it’s something in my wheelhouse that I think I can make I’ll do my darnest. If something is outside of my wheelhouse I’ll try my best to make a recommendation for someone else that could help you out. For inquiries, please email roesupplyco@gmail.com

  • Can I expedite the order?

Hand made orders take time, specifically the allotted time that is shown for each item’s lead time. While I can use an expedited shipping option, the time it takes for me to make the item can’t necessarily be expedited.

Since I’m a small business and can make my own schedule, if there is something urgent please send me an email and I’ll see what options are available for your situation.

  • What is your return policy?

At this time, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me via email at roesupplyco@gmail.com for return inquiries.

  • Workmanship Guarantee

If you have any issues at all with the workmanship of any of my handmade items, please let me know and we’ll work together to figure out a solution for repair, replacement, etc.
